அண்மைநிலைச் சுற்றுக்காலம் (Anomalistic orbital period) என்பது தன் சுற்றுப்பாதையில் சூரியனுக்கு மிகவருகில் அப்பொருள் செல்லும் பகலவ குறைவிலக்கப் புள்ளியை அப்பொருள் அடுத்தடுத்து கடப்பதற்கு இடையிலானக் கால அளவு.

நிலவு புவிக்கு அண்மைநிலையில் இருத்தலும் கூடுதலாக முழுநிலவுப் பிறையில் நிலவு இருத்தலும் புவியின் அக ஆற்றலில் எவ்வித பெருமாற்றத்தையும் ஏற்படுத்துவதில்லை.

எனினும் இந்தத் தொலைவின் அளவு, சனவரி மாதத்தில் கதிரவ அண்மைநிலையிலும் சூலை மாதத்தில் கதிரவச் சேய்மைநிலையிலும் புவி இருக்கும்போது வேறுபடும்.

அண்மைநிலையில் இருக்கும் முழுநிலவு சேய்மைநிலையில் இருப்பதை விட சராசரியாக 14% பெரியதாகவும் 30% ஒளிர்வுடனும் இருக்கும்.
