பரவலான புழக்கத்தினால் பெறப்பட்ட சொல் வடிவங்களை அடிப்படைச் சொல்லில் இருந்து இவ்வாறு பெறப்பட்டதென எளிய விதிகள் மூலம் உய்த்தறிய முயற்சிப்பது ஒர் ஒழுங்கற்ற முன்னுதாரணம் ஆகும்.

ஒழுங்கற்ற முறையில் எழுப்பப்படும் ஒலி இரைச்சல் எனப்படுகிறது.

திண்மப் பொருளை உருவாக்கும் அணுக்கள், மூலக்கூறுகள் அல்லது அயனிகள் ஒழுங்கான திரும்பத் திரும்ப வரக்கூடிய அமைப்பில் (அல்லது) ஒழுங்கற்ற முறையில் ஒழுங்கமைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கலாம்.

இதனால் ஏற்படும் உருவளவு வேறுபாட்டை ஈடுகட்ட பெண்ணினத்தின் எக்சு நிறப்புரியில் ஒன்று ஒழுங்கற்று ஒவ்வொரு கலத்திலும் செயலிழக்கப் படுகிறது.

பெயர் ரீதியான- பல்தெரிவு ,இங்கு பதிலாளி பதிலளிப்பதற்கு இரண்டுக்கு மேற்பட்ட தெரிவுகள் ஒழுங்கற்ற முறையில் அமைந்திருக்கும்.

வெப்பின் வாழ்க்கையின் நிகழ்வுகள் ஒழுங்கற்றதாக இதில் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.

வெப்பநீர்ம தாதுவின் இறுதிக்கட்ட நிலையில் உள்ள கனிமமாக காணப்படும் துசியோனைட்டு, கிரானைட் வகை தீப்பாறைகளில் காணப்படும் ஒழுங்கற்ற குழிகளில் அரிதாக காணப்படுகிறது.
