மிருதுவாக்கும் முறைகளில் சணல் தண்டுகளை சேர்த்து கட்டாகக் கட்டியும் ஓடுகின்ற நீரில் கீழாக அமிழ்த்தி வைப்பதும் அடங்கியுள்ளன.

இக்காட்டிலிருந்து மேற்காக ஓடும் கிங் ஆறு, கிழக்காக ஓடும் நிள்வளா ஆறு, தெற்காக ஓடும் பொல்வத்து ஓயா ஆறு போன்றன உற்பத்தியாகும் இடங்கள் இக்காடுகளினுள்ளேயே காணப்படுகின்றன.

தன் உருவத்துக்கேற்றவாறு சங்குகளின் ஓடுகள் அமையாதபோது எதிரிகளிடம் மாட்டிக் கொள்கின்றன.
