1986 ஆம் ஆண்டின் தொடக்க மாதங்களில், நியூயார்க் நகரத்தைச் சுற்றியுள்ள பகுதிகளில் பல்வேறு இசை நிகழ்ச்சிகளை நடத்த அவர்கள் ஒப்பந்தம் செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தனர்.
