இந்தியத் தர நிர்ணயக் குழுவின் உணவு மற்றும் வேளாண் பிரிவில் சேர பீட்டா அழைக்கப்பட்டது.

1994 ல் தொடங்கப்பட்ட இக்கல்லூரி 2003 ம் ஆண்டில் தேசிய தரநிர்ணயக்குழுவினால்(NAAC) தரக்குறியீட்டில் B++ அங்கீகாரத்தை முதன்முதலில் பெற்றது.

குறைந்தபட்ச ஆதரவு விலை எவ்வாறு நிர்ணயக்கப்படுகிறது  .

1990 ஆம் ஆண்டில், இந்தியாவின் முதன்மையான தர நிர்ணயக் குழுவான அகில இந்திய வானொலியால் ‘முதல் தரக் கலைஞர்’ என்ற தரவரிசை நிர்மலாவுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டது.

அப்போது தான் சுயநிர்ணயக் கொள்கையில் இந்தியாவின் கருத்தைத் தெரிவிக்கும் ஹோம்ரூல் இயக்கத்தின் குழுவில் இடம்பெறுமளவிற்கு விடுதலைப் போராட்டத்தின் உயர்ந்த இடத்திற்குச் சென்றார்.

மேற்கூறிய இந்திய தீவிபத்து வகைப்பாட்டின் படி தீயணைப்பான்களின் பயன்பாடு பின்வரும்படி நிர்ணயக்ககப்பட்டுது.
