விபரீதங்கள்,உணர்ச்சிகள் கட்டுக்குள் இல்லாமை, வயிற்றுவலி,மூட்டுவலி நாக்கு வீங்குதல் ஏற்படுவதுடன் நரம்பு செல்களும் மிகப்பெரிய பாதிப்புக்குள்ளாகும்.

கண் இமை அழற்சி அல்லது கண் முசி வரிசை கசங்குதலோடு கூடிய கண் இமைகள் வீங்குதல், லேசிக் முறைக்குப் பிறகு கண்விழி வீங்குதல் அல்லது தொற்று ஏற்படும் அபாயத்தை அதிகரிக்கிறது.

உடல் வீங்குதல் என்பன பொதுவான அறிகுறிகள் ஆகும்.

ஸ்கோலியோசிஸ் நோயின் பாதிப்பால், இடுப்பு வீங்குதல் போன்ற பிரச்சனைகள் ஏற்படும்போது அதை சரிசெய்ய, காஸ்டோபிளாஸ்டி (தோரோகோப்ளாஸ்டி என்றும் அழைக்கப்படும்) என்ற மருத்துவ சிகிச்சை உண்டு.

இவற்றைத் தொடர்ந்து வயிறு வீங்குதல், வயிற்று வலி, வயிற்றுப்போக்கு என்பன ஏற்படக்கூடும்.
