இரண்டாம் நூற்றாண்டின் கடைசிப் பகுதியில் மார்க்கசு அவுரேலியசு என்ற ரோமப் பேரரசனின் இறப்புக்குப் பின்னர் அமைதி மற்றும் செழுமையான காலப்பகுதி மறைய ஆரம்பித்தது.

இவற்றைத் தொடர்ந்து லோபென் அமைதி உடன்பாடும் கேம்போ ஃபோர்மியோ உடன்பாடும் (அக்டோபர் 1797) ஏற்பட்டன.
