நகர அதிகாரிகள்/சட்ட செயலாக்கம் போன்றவற்றுள் கிராஃபிட்டி ஏற்பின்மையை உருவாக்கி சச்சரவுகளால் சூழப்பட்டுள்ளது.

கிராஃபிட்டி குழுவினர் பெரிய ஆப்பிலுக்கு மிகப்பெரிய ஊறுவிளைக்கின்றனர் என நாட்டின் பிற பகுதியில் உள்ள இதில் விருப்பமில்லாத நகர அதிகாரிகள்.

அரசரின் இம்முடிவையடுத்து நகர அதிகாரிகள் வரவழைக்கப்பட்டு நகரத்தை அடைக்குமாறு உத்தரவிடப்பட்டு நகரவாசிகளுக்கு புரட்டஸ்தாந்தினரிடமிருந்து தற்பாதுகாப்புக்காக ஆயுதம் வழங்கப்பட்டது.
