எட்வின் லூட்டியன்சுடன் இணைந்து புது தில்லியின் ராஷ்டிரபதி பவன், நாடாளுமன்றம் தலைமைச் செயலகத்தின் வடக்கு, தெற்கு வளாகங்கள் போன்றவற்றை வடிவமைத்தார்.

பின்னர் 50 ஆண்டுகளாக புதுடில்லி ராஷ்டிரபதி பவன் தேசிய அருங்காட்சியகத்தில் பாதுகாக்கப்பட்டது.
