வைரமுத்து இயற்றிய திரைப்பாடல்கள் தாவர உள்ளமைப்பியல் அல்லது தாவர உடலமைப்பியல் என்பது தாவரப்பகுதிகளை வெட்டி அவற்றின் உள்ளமைப்பை நுண்ணோக்கி மூலம் ஆய்வு செய்தலைக் குறிக்கும், ஒரு செல் தாவரங்கள் எளிமையான உடல் அமைப்பைக் கொண்டுள்ளன, இத்தகைய உயிரினங்களில் ஒரு தனி செல் வளர்ச்சி, உணவு தயாரித்தல்,.

இரத்தநிறமியான ஈமோகுளோபின் இந்நீள்வடிவ செல்களின் முனைகளில் குவிந்து அடர்த்தியாகவும் நடுப்பகுதியில் சாதாரண வெளிர் நிறமும் கொண்டுள்ளதை ஒளிநுண்ணோக்கி மூலம் உற்றுநோக்கும்போது காணமுடிகிறது.

இதன் பின்னரே விந்தணுக்களும் பாக்டீரியா எனும் குச்சுயிரியும் நுண்ணோக்கி அங்கிகளின் பாகுபாடும் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டன.

செல்லின் நுண்ணிய புற அமைப்புகளை மின்துகள் நுண்ணோக்கியின் துணையுடனும், செல்லியலை பொறுத்தவரை , கண்ணாடி வில்லை நுண்ணோக்கி (கூட்டு நுண்ணோக்கி) துணையுடனும் ஆய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் நிகழ்வுகளில் இது   தாவர உள்ளமைப்பியல்  புலத்தோடு மேற்பொருந்துகிறது.

இந்திய தேசிய காங்கிரஸ் அரசியல்வாதிகள் ஜியோவன்னி பாட்டிசுட்டா அமிசி (Giovanni Battista Amici, 25 மார்ச் 1786 – 10 ஏப்ரல் 1863) இத்தாலிய வானியலாளரும், நுண்ணோக்கியாளரும், தாவரவியலாளரும் ஆவார்.

ரிச்சர்ட் சீய்க்மாண்டி(Richard Zeigmandy),ஹென்றி சீடண்டாப் (Henry Siedentop), என்ற அறிவியலறிஞர்கள் 1903-ல் உருவாக்கிய நுட்பமான நுண்ணோக்கிகள் இந்த ஆய்வுகளுக்குப் பெருமளவில் உதவின.
