ਇਸ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ, ਭਾਸ਼ਾ, ਸਾਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਮਲ ਕਲਾਵਾਂ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਲੋਕਯਾਨ ਹੈ।
