ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਨੇਤਾ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਜ਼ੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵੱਖਵਾਦੀ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਦਲ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁੱਢਲੀਆਂ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਲਈ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਵਿੱਤ ਦਿੱਤੇ।
