ಈ ದೇಗುಲದ ದ್ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿರೋ ಗಜಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ವಿಷ್ಣುವಿನ ದೇಗುಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡುಬರುವ ರಚನೆ.

ವಿಜಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಛಾಯಾಗ್ರಾಹಕಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೆಸರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು.

ಒಂದೆರಡು ಮಲಯಾಳಂ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿನಯಿಸಿದ ಜಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ೧೯೭೩ರಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರೆಗೆ ಬಂದ ಬೀಸಿದ ಬಲೆ ಎಂಬ ಹೊಸ ಅಲೆಯ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ನಾಯಕಿಯಾಗಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದರು.
