1700ರ ಮೊದಲಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಫುಲನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಲಿಂಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಅಲ್ಲದ ಫುಲನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಲಿಂಕೆ ಜನರ ನಡುವೆ ಧರ್ಮಯುದ್ಧ ನಡೆದು ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಫುಲನಿ ಮಲಿಂಕೆ ಜನರು ಫೌಂಟ್ ಡ್ಜಿಲ್ಲೊನ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಿಡಿತ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದರು.
