ಮುಂಚೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಜಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದು, ವಾಸಸ್ತಾನ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ, ಅಥವಾ ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕ ಸಂಕರ ,ಅಥವಾ ಅಂತರ್ಗಮನದ ಮೂಲಕ, ಆಮದಾದ ಜಾತಿಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಜಾತಿಯ ಸಸ್ಯ-ಪಶುಸಂಪತ್ತು ನಶಿಸಲು ಕಾರಣವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
