ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಉತ್ಸವ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ನಾವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡಿಸಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣಾ ನದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಪೋತ್ಸವ ದೀಪೋತ್ಸವ ನೆರವೇರುವುದು.

ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ತಿಕ ದೀಪೋತ್ಸವದ ನಂತರ ಮೇಳದ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
