ಸಾವಯವ ಆಮ್ಲಗಳು: ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಾವಯವ ಆಮ್ಲಗಳ ಅಣುಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಿಟಿಕ್ ಆಮ್ಲಗಳ ಅಣುಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕಾರ್ಬಾಕ್ಸಿಲಿಕ್ ಗುಂಪು ಅಔಔಊ ಇರುವುದು.

ಹೈಡ್ರೊಜನ್ ಪರಾಕ್ಸೈಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಗೇಸಿಯಸ್ ಅಸಿಟಿಕ್ ಆಮ್ಲ ಮಿಶ್ರಣದಿಂದ ಆeóÉೂ ಬೆಂಜೀನನ್ನು ಉತ್ಕರ್ಷಿಸಿದರೆ ಆeóÉೂಕ್ಸಿ ಬೆಂಜೀನ್ ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತದೆ.

ಮರವನ್ನು ಉಷ್ಣಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಗೊಳಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಇದ್ದಲಿನ ತಯಾರಿಕೆ, ಮೆಥೆನಾಲ್, ಅಸಿಟಿಕ್ ಆಮ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಿಟೋನುಗಳು ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉಪೋತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು.

ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಿಟ್ರಿಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಿಟಿಕ್ ಆಮ್ಲಗಳೂ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ.

ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಅಸಿಟಲೀನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಹೈಡ್ರೋಜನ್ ಕ್ಲೋರೈಡುಗಳ ವರ್ತನೆಯಿಂದ ವಿನೈಲ್ ಕ್ಲೋರೈಡನ್ನೂ ಅಸಿಟಲೀನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಿಟಿಕ್ ಆಮ್ಲಗಳ ವರ್ತನೆಯಿಂದ ವಿನೈಲ್ ಅಸಿಟೇಟನ್ನೂ ತಯಾರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳಾದ ಹೊರಸೂಸುವಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಸ್ಪೋಟಕದವರೆಗಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳು ಆಲ್ಕೊಹಾಲ್, ಕೀಟೋನ್, ಕಾರ್ಬಾಕ್ಸಿಲಿಕ್ ಆಸಿಡ್, (ನಿರ್ಧಿಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಅಸಿಟಿಕ್ ಆಸಿಡ್), ಅಮೈನ್‌ಗಳು ಹಾಗು ಫಾಸ್ಪರಸ್‌ನ ಜೊತೆಗಿನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಉಂಟಾಗುತ್ತವೆ.

ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿತ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಟ್ಟಿ ಇಳಿಸುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಶುದ್ಧ ಅಸಿಟಿಕ್ ಆಮ್ಲವನ್ನು ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಅಸಿಟಿಕ್ ಆಮ್ಲವಿರುತ್ತದಾದರೂ ಲ್ಯಾಕ್ಟಿಕ್, ಬ್ಯುಟೈರಿಕ್, ಪ್ರಾಪಿಯಾನಿಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಫಾರ್ಮಿಕ್ ಆಮ್ಲಗಳೂ ಕಂಡುಬರುತ್ತವೆ.

ಪಿಷ್ಟದ ಅಸಿಟೇಟನ್ನು ಪೈರಿಡಿನ್/ಅಸಿಟಿಕ್ ಅನ್‌ಹೈಡ್ರಿಡ್‌ನ ಮಿಶ್ರಣದೊಂದಿಗಿನ ಪಿಷ್ಟದ ಅಸಿಟಲೀಕರಣದಿಂದ ತಯಾರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು 90% ಫಾರ್ಮಿಕ್ ಆಮ್ಲದ ದ್ರಾವಣದಿಂದ ಪದರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ವರ್ತುಲದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಸುತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ಪತ್ತಿಯಾಗುವ ಮಧ್ಯವರ್ತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾದ ಅಕ್ಸಾಲ್ ಅಸಿಟೇಟ್  ನೂತನ ಅಸಿಟಿಕ್ ಆಮ್ಲದ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನವನ್ನು  ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಕ್ಕರೆಯಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಪೈರುವೇಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಔ2 ಆಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಕ್ಕರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಕೆಯಾಗುವ ವರೆಗೆ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ವೈನ್ ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಿಶ್ರಣ ಮಾಡಿ, ಐಂದ್ರಿಕ ಹೊಸ್ತಿಲಿನೊಳಗೇ (ಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗೇ) ಅಸಿಟಿಕ್ ಆಮ್ಲದ ಮಟ್ಟ ಇರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಬಹುದು.
