ಹೀಗಿದ್ದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಕೆಲವು ಕಾನೂನುವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಸಂಗಾತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಪ್ಪು ಆರೋಪಿಸುವ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಯಿಲ್ಲ, ಆಸ್ತಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ,ಸಾಲ,ಪಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಯೋಗ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ನಡವಳಿಕೆ ನೋಡಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.

ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳಾದ ನಾವು ಸೂರ್ಯಚಂದ್ರಾದಿಗಳು ಯಾವುದೋ ಒಂದು ಚೇತನ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂದು ನಂಬಿ, ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯ ನಡೆವಳಿಕೆಗೆ ಆರೋಪಿಸುವುದು ದೂಷ್ಯವಾದರೂ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ಹಾಗಿರುವುದೋ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಭಾವಿಸುವುದು ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ದಂಡಕಾಂತ ಅಥವಾ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಪ್ರವಾಹದ ಕುಣಿಕೆಯ (ಕರೆಂಟ್ ಲೂಪ್) ಮೇಲೆ ಅವುಗಳಿರುವ ಕಾಂತಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಆರೋಪಿಸುವ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಭ್ರಮಣಾಂಕಕ್ಕೂ (ಟಾರ್ಕ್) ಕಾಂತಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ತೀವ್ರತೆಗೂ ಇರುವ ಸಂಬಂಧ (ಮ್ಯಾಗ್ನೆಟಿಕ್ ಮೊಮೆಂಟ್).
