मोह (भाईभतीजावाद) व  माया (मुद्रा) जैसे सामाजिक विश्वासों के आधार पर बनी  व्यवस्था व्यावसायिक परिषद  कहलाती है व इस व्यवस्था को ब्राहमा दर्शन के नाम से भी जाना जाता है इस में पूर्व लिखित कानून व्यस्था लागु होती है जिसे धर्म भी कहा गया है आज के समय ये रिलिजन व  संविधान के नाम से जाना जाता है ।

ऑस्ट्रेलिया और ब्रिटेन के बीच अंतिम संवैधानिक संधि को 1986 ऑस्ट्रेलिया कानून के पारित होने के बाद अलग कर दिया गया और ऑस्ट्रेलिया राज्य-सरकार में ब्रिटिश भूमिका और UK गुप्त परिषद् को हुए न्यायिक निवेदन को ख़त्म कर दिया गया।
