இதுவே இலங்கையில் உருவான முதலாவது 24 மணி நேர ஒலிபரப்புக் கொண்ட தனியார் தமிழ் வானொலி.

ஐ குழுவில்வங்கி முதலீடு, மின்னணு வர்த்தகம் மற்றும் தனியார் பங்கு உள்ளிட்ட பல வணிகங்களை வெற்றிகரமாக செயல்படுத்தியவர் ஆவர்.

இந்த வடிவ நிதியாக்கம் ஒரு அந்நிய முதலீட்டினால் வாங்குதல் அல்லது பெரும் விரிவாக்கத்துக்கு நிதி தேவைப்படும் சமபங்கு மூலதனத்தின் தொகையைக் குறைப்பதற்கு தனியார் சமபங்கு முதலீட்டாளர்களால் பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.
