மேற்கு நோக்கி பாயும் ஆறுகளை இணைத்து அரபிக் கடலில் கலக்கும் உபரி நீரை கிழக்குப் பகுதியில் உள்ள வறண்ட பகுதிகளுக்குத் திருப்பி விடுவது.
