मूत्र मार्ग तथा अपत्य मार्ग से दी जाने वाली वस्ति उत्तर वस्ति कहलाती है तथा व्रण मुख (घाव के मुख) से दी जाने वाली वस्ति व्रण वस्ति कहलाती है।
