पहले उपवर्ग के पिंड़ों का मुख्य लक्षण यह है कि उनमें कुछ विशिष्ट वृत्ताकार दाने, जिन्हें कौंड्रयूल कहते हैं, उपस्थित रहते हैं।



जो व्यक्ति अपने जातीय लेबल को बदलते हैं या जिनका जातीय वर्गीकरण सरकारी आंकड़ों में समय के साथ परिवर्तित होता है, उन्हें प्रवासी अथवा जनसंख्या की एक उपश्रेणी से दूसरी में जाने वाला समझा जा सकता है।

इनके उपवर्गीकरण के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित शस्त्र हैं :।

करपैथियों की सबसे ऊँची उपश्रेणी का नाम तात्रा पर्वत शृंखला (Tatra Range) है, जिन्हें अनौपचारिक रूप से 'ऊँचे तात्रा' (High Tatras) भी कहा जाता है।

अधिकांश खुशियां और संबंधित स्मृति मुद्दे पहले दो श्रेणियों से प्राप्त होते हैं क्योंकि ये अधिक आम हैं और तीसरे को पहले की उपश्रेणी माना जा सकता है।

महायान और थेरवाद (हीनयान), नवयान, वज्रयान के अतिरिक्त बौद्ध धर्म में इनके अन्य कई उपसंप्रदाय या उपवर्ग भी हैं परन्तु इन का प्रभाव बहुत कम है।
