भाषा-विज्ञान हकलाना (अंग्रेज़ी: stammering या stuttering, स्टैमरिन्ग या स्टटरिन्ग) मानव वाक-शक्ति में एक प्रकार की वाक बाधा होती है जिसमें बोलने वाले न चाह कर भी शब्दों की ध्वनियाँ दोहराता है, उन्हें खींचता है और कभी-कभी अटककर आवाज़ निकालने में असमर्थ हो जाता है।

बड़े होने पर भी मुंह से किसी चीज का काटना अथवा हकलाना इस बात का संकेत देती है कि व्यक्ति में मुख आक्रामकता मनोग्रंथि प्रबल है।
