घेरे के केन्द्र में एक ऊँचा मचान (दो आदमियों के बैठने लायक जगह, जो कि सामान्यतः चार बल्लियों को आयताकार रूप में रखते हुए उनके ऊपर कोई लकड़ी या कपड़ा बाँधकर बना ली जाती है।

पत्थर की चिनाई के लिये खड़ी बल्लियों की दो पंक्तियाँ लगती हैं : एक दीवार से सटी हुई तथा दूसरी उससे पाँच फुट के अंतर पर।

बारिश के समय तो लकड़ियों की ऊँची बल्लियों पर बने इस कैफे के नीचे से पानी भी बहता है जो एक मनोरम वातावरण पैदा कर देता है।

The neuter term brahma is used in the Rigveda both in the abstract sense of "devotion, worship," and in the concrete sense of "devotional rite, prayer, hymn."
