ईस्टर पास्का-विषयक चन्द्र मास के तीसरे रविवार को पड़ता है या दूसरे शब्दों में पास्का-विषयक चन्द्र मास के 14 दिन के बाद वाले रविवार को. ईस्टर पास्का-विषयक चांद्र मास के 14 वें दिन को पास्का-विषयक पूर्णिमा के रूप में जाना जाता है, जबकि, चांद्र मास की 14 वीं तारीख खगोलीय पूर्णिमा के अनुसार पड़ने वाली 14 वीं तारीख से दो दिन तक से अलग हो सकती है।

ऊपर बताए गए अयन को चांद्र-सौर-अयन (लूनि-सोलर प्रिसेशन) कहते हैं।
