तीन दिवसीय चलने वाले मेले का आयोजन भैरू भक्त मण्डल पारीक चौक सोनगिरी कुआं, डागा चौक अनेक स्थानों से लोगो का बाबा भैरूनाथ के दर्शन के लिए आते है शहर के साथ-साथ नापासर, नौखा ग्रामिण क्षेत्रों से पैदल यात्री जत्थों के साथ भैरूनाथ के जयकारे के साथ सीसाभैरव आते है इस मेले की विशेषता यह है कि यहाँ एक विशाल हवन का आयोजन किया जाता है।

नेशनल माइनिंग एसोसिएशन कोयले और अन्य खनिजों, जिसमें बेरेलियम, तांबा, सीसा, मैग्नीशियम, जिंक, टाइटेनियम और अन्य शामिल हैं, से संबंधित जानकारी उपलब्ध कराता है।

मई 2015 में उत्तर प्रदेश के खाद्य विभाग द्वारा मैगी के जाँच के दौरान पता चला की इसमें 0.17 पीपीएम सीसा है साथ ही इसमें मोनोसोडियम ग्लूटामेट पाया गया था।
