जोधपुर के मोची गली से चमड़े का जूता, रंगीन कपड़ा, टाई, पॉलिश किया हुआ घरेलू सजावटी सामान आदि की खरीददारी की जा सकती है।

6500 करोड़ रुपये के चमड़े का वार्षिक निर्यात किया जाता है तथा 1000 करोड़ रूपए का सालाना निर्यात घरेलु इकाईयों द्वारा किया जाता है।

इसके पश्चात् छावनी की आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति के लिए सरकारी चमड़े का कारखाना खुला।
