इस शिष्टमंडल में ब्रिटिश कैबिनेट के तीन सदस्य- लार्ड पैथिक लारेंस (भारत सचिव), सर स्टेफर्ड क्रिप्स (व्यापार बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष) तथा ए.वी. अलेक्जेंडर (एडमिरैलिटी के प्रथम लार्ड या नौसेना मंत्री) थे।
