इसका निर्माण एमिलियो अलेमैग्ना ने किया था और इसमें एक नेपालियान अखाड़ा, सिविको अक्वेरियो डी मिलानो (मिलान का नागरिक मछलीघर), मीनार, कला प्रदर्शनी केन्द्र, कुछ तालाब और पुस्तकालय हैं।

इन सबके अलावा राजगीर में जरासंध का अखाड़ा, स्‍वर्णभंडार (दोनों स्‍थल महाभारत काल से संबंधित है) तथा विरायतन भी घूमने लायक जगह है।
