देवदार और बलूत के वृक्षों से घिरा रानीखेत बहुत ही रमणीक हिल स्टेशन है।

चिड़ के पेड़ भी बहुतायत में है तथा इसके ऊपर बलूत एवं सिमुल पाये जाते हैं, जहां पहले की लकड़ी सख्त होती है जिसका इस्तेमाल कृषि उपकरणों के लिये तथा बाद वाले का जलावनों में होता है।
