iii.ब. यदि साख किसी दूसरे अदाकर्ता बैंक द्वारा स्वीकृति की व्यवस्था करता है - अदाकर्ता बैंक साख पर शर्त लगाकर हुंडी स्वीकार नहीं करता, तब लाभार्थी जारीकर्ता बैंक से परिपक्व हुंडियों से भुगतान प्राप्त कर सकता है।

यदि सरकार द्वारा बाहर सोना भेजने में कोई रोक टोक न हो और देश की देनी लेनी से बहुत अधिक हो तो विनिमय की दर उस सीमा तक पहुंच जाती है जब देशवासियों को हुंडी के बदले सोना भेजने में ही सुविधा होती है।

एक बार द्वारका को जाने वाले कुछ साधु नरसिंह जी के पास आये और उन्हें पांच सौ रूपये देते हुए कहा की आप काफी प्रसिद्ध व्यक्ति हो आप अपने नाम की पांच सौ रुपयों की हुंडी लिख कर दे दो हम द्वारका में जा कर हुंडी ले लेंगे।

व्यापारी हुंडी के अतिरिक्त एक और दूसरी तरह की हुंडियों का उपयोग किया जाता है जिन्हें 'रोजगारी हुंडी' कहते हैं।
