(५) हार्मोनिक्स का विश्लेषण या विद्युतशक्ति-गुणवत्ता का विश्लेषण (Harmonic or power quality analysis)।

मूल आवृत्ति के पूर्णांक गुणकों को सन्नादी (हार्मोनिक्स) कहा जाता है।

इनके आउटपुट धारा का रूप साइन-आकारीय (साइनस्वायडल) नहीं होता बल्कि इनमें बहुत सारे हार्मोनिक्स होते हैं।

इसके अलावा इससे बहुत कम कम हार्मोनिक्स (THD) वाली विद्युत धारा उत्पन्न की जा सकती है।
