सेहरा हिंदी उपयोग और उदाहरण

विद्वानों का मत है कि शाहबाजगढ़ी (जिला पेशावर) और मानसेहरा (जिला हजारा) में प्राप्त अभिलेखों से, अशोक के समय में (मश्य तृतीय शताब्दी ई.पू.), क्रमश: गांधार और कंबोज जनपदों की स्थिति का ज्ञान होता है।

फिर हुन्ज़ा, नगर, गिलगित, चिलास, दासू, बेशाम, मानसेहरा, ऐबटाबाद, हरिपुर (हज़ारा) से होती हुई हसन अबदाल के मुक़ाम पर जी टी रोड से मिलती है।

इतने पर भी जब विजयश्री का सेहरा उनके सिर पर न बांध मुगल भाई-भतीजेवाद में बंट गया तो छत्रसाल बुन्देला का स्वाभिमान आहत हुआ और उन्होंने मुगलों की बदनीयती समझ दिल्ली सल्तनत की सेना छोड़ दी।

केवल दो अभिलेखों शाहवाजगढ़ी तथा मान सेहरा की लिपि ब्राह्मी न होकर खरोष्ठी है।
