सीमा शुल्क संघ का एक आम बाहरी टैरिफ होता है और, सहमति सूत्र के अनुसार, इसमें भाग लेने वाले देश इस सीमा शुल्क संघ में प्रवेश करने वाले मालों पर लगाए जाने वाले टैरिफों से प्राप्त राजस्व को आपस में बांट लेते हैं।
