प्रलेखन सेवा का मुख्‍य कार्य पुस्‍तकालय में उपलब्‍ध पुस्‍तकों, रिपोर्टों, पत्र-पत्रिकाओं, समाचारपत्रों की कतरनों और प्रलेखों को ठीक स्‍थान पर रखना, उनका संग्रह करना है।

Maumee Valley Country Day School alumni Piled Higher and Deeper (also known as PhD Comics), is a newspaper and webcomic strip written and drawn by Jorge Cham that follows the lives of several grad students.
