आय कर विभाग, वित्त मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार में राजस्‍व विभाग के तहत संपत्ति कर अधिनियम १९५६ तथा उसके अधीन बना कर संपत्ति कर नियमों का प्रशासन करता है।
