फ़िक़ह और शरीयत (इस्लामीय न्यायशास्त्र) मुस्लिम विधि के अंतर्गत वह धनराशि या दूसरे प्रकार की संपत्ति जिसकी पत्नी, विवाह के कारण, अधिकारिणी हो जाती है।

शरीयत अथवा इस्लामी क़ानून और दीगर इस्लामी रीति रिवाज़ में महिलाओं, समलैंगिक लोगों और धार्मिक और नस्ली अल्पसंख्यक समुदायों की स्थिति पर भी इस्लाम आलोचना का शिकार होता है।

शरीयत उस समुच्चय नीति को कहते हैं जो इस्लामी कानूनी परम्पराओं और इस्लामी व्यक्तिगत और नैतिक आचरणों पर आधारित होती है।
