कुल मांग की गिरावट का प्रत्युत्तर उत्साहवर्धक है या तो मुद्रा की आपूर्ति में वृद्धि के मार्फ़त केंद्रीय बैंक से हों, या फिर राजकोषीय प्राधिकारी के द्वारा मांग में वृद्धि कर निजी कंपनियों के लिए उपलब्ध ब्याज दर पर ऋण लेकर हो।
