पूर्व की ओर से प्रवेश करने पर दोमंजिला प्रवेश मंडपम की बाहरी दीवारों पर प्रणय मुद्रा में नर नारी प्रतिमाएं, द्वार स्तंभों पर अष्ट मातृका प्रतिमाएं, रोचक कीचक आकृतियां और मण्डप की छत पर समुद्र मंथन दर्शनीय है।
