प्रमस्तिष्कीय हिंदी उपयोग और उदाहरण

प्रमस्तिष्कीय पक्षाघात का किसी व्यक्ति पर कितना गंभीर प्रभाव है, इसके आधार पर इसे मुख्यतः तीन भागो में वर्गीकृत किया गया है –।

खोपड़ी की आकृति और रचना से मस्तिष्क के संबंध में विस्तृत ज्ञान उपलब्ध होता है और उसकी क्रियाप्रणाली के कुछ पहलुओं का अनुमान प्रमस्तिष्कीय झिल्ली की वक्रता से लग जाता है।

शरीर का कौन सा भाग अथवा हाथ-पैर प्रभावित है, इसके आधार पर भी प्रमस्तिष्कीय पक्षाघात का वर्गीकरण किया गया है।

(घ) प्रमस्तिष्कीय (Cerebral) किस्म - इसका प्रारंभ सर्वांग आक्षेप के रूप में होता है, जो कई घंटों तक रहता है और अंत में इसके कारण अर्धांग पक्षाघात (hemiplegia) तथा सक्थि संस्तंभ (paraplegia) होता है।

अब इसे प्रमस्तिष्कीय पक्षाघात (सेरिब्रल पाल्सी) कहते हैं।

(3) सम्मूर्च्छा (coma) - प्रमस्तिष्कीय (cerebral) क्षति अधिक होने पर प्रलाप सम्मूर्च्छा में परिवर्तित होता है।

प्रमस्तिष्कीय (cerebral) थ्रॉम्बोसिस अर्थात् मस्तिष्क की किसी धमनी में रुधिर का थक्का बनना अर्धपक्षाधात (hemiplegia) का एक साधारण कारण है।

(ख) प्रमस्तिष्कीय या मिर्गीजन्य ऐंठन में संज्ञाहीनता होती है और स्फूर्ति तथा क्लोनी (clonic) ऐंठन पर्यायक्रम से होती हैं।

मस्तिष्कमेरु द्रव के प्रवाह में अवरोध जलशीर्ष का सबसे अधिक आम कारण है, यह निलय प्रणाली एवं अंतरिक्ष अवजालतनिका में अवरोध उत्पन्न करता है (जैसेप्रमस्तिष्कीय जलसेतु या अंतरानिलयी फोरमिना में संकुचन - फोरमिना ऑफ़ मोनरो ट्यूमररक्तस्राव संक्रमण या जन्मजात विरूपताएं दूसरे स्थान पर आती हैं).।

'सेरेब्रल' का अर्थ है मस्तिष्क के दोनों भाग तथा पाल्सी का अर्थ है ऐसी असामान्यता या क्षति जो शारीरिक गति के नियंत्रण को नष्ट करती है प्रमस्तिष्कीय पक्षाघात का अर्थ है मस्तिष्क का लकवा।

घ) मिक्स्ड (Mixed) - स्पासटीसिटी एवं एथेटोसिस अथवा अटेक्सिया में दिखने वाले लक्षण जब किसी बच्चों में मिले हुए दिखते हैं, तो मिश्रित प्रकार के प्रमस्तिष्कीय पक्षाघात से ग्रसित बच्चें कहलाते हैं।

' जबकि इतालवी तंत्रिका मनोरोग विज्ञान के प्रोफेसर ग्यूसेप सेपिली ने 1891 में टिप्पणी की कि मस्तिष्क के प्रमापीय होने का बुर्खार्ट का दृष्टिकोण “अधिकतर [विशेषज्ञों] के इस दृष्टिकोण से, कि मनोविक्षिप्ति प्रमस्तिष्कीय वल्कुट का व्यापक निदान है, मेल नहीं खाता और मन को एक एकात्मक इकाई मानने की अवधारणा के विरुद्ध है”.।

ख) अतिअल्प प्रमस्तिष्कीय पक्षाघात (Moderate Cerebral Palsy)- गामक एवं शरीर स्थिति से सम्बंधित विकलांगता का प्रभाव अधिक होता है।
