""अधिकार पृच्छा : जब न्यायालय को लगता है कि कोई व्यक्ति ऐसे पद पर नियुक्त हो गया है जिस पर उसका कोई कानूनी अधिकार नहीं है तब न्यायालय 'अधिकार पृच्छा आदेश' जारी कर व्यक्ति को उस पद पर कार्य करने से रोक देता है।
