हालांकि, बेरोजगारी भत्ते की राशि को निश्चित करना राज्य सरकार पर निर्भर है, जो इस शर्त के अधीन है कि यह पहले 30 दिनों के लिए न्यूनतम मजदूरी के 1/4 भाग से कम ना हो और उसके बाद न्यूनतम मजदूरी का 1/2 से कम ना हो।
