जौ का आटा व पिसा प्याज मिलाकर शरीर पर लेप करें तो लू से तुरंत राहत मिलती है।

यह एक आटे की गेंद होती है जो पूरे गेहूँ के आटे से बनी होती है और उसमें सत्तू (भुना हुआ छोले और जौ का आटा) होता है जिसे जड़ी-बूटियों और मसालों के साथ मिलाया जाता है और फिर कोयले या गाय के गोबर के केक या लकड़ी के ऊपर भुना जाता है और इसे बहुत घी के साथ फेंक दिया जाता है।
