द्विशिरस्का दो शिरों द्वारा अंसकूट और स्कंध संधि के भीतर अंस-उलूखल (glenoid cavity) के ऊपर के पिंडक से निकलकर, सारी बाहु के सामने होती हुई नीचे जाकर, कंडरा में अंत हो जाती हैं, जो कुहनी के सामने से निकलकर, अग्रबाहु के ऊर्ध्व भाग में बहिष्प्रकोष्ठास्थि के शिर से नीचे स्थित गुलिका के खुरदरे भाग पर लग जाती है।
