नेशनल बास्केटबॉल असोसिएशन संस्कृत साहित्य की परम्परा में उन ग्रन्थों को भाष्य (शाब्दिक अर्थ - व्याख्या के योग्य), कहते हैं जो दूसरे ग्रन्थों के अर्थ की वृहद व्याख्या या टीका प्रस्तुत करते हैं।

संघ का ज्ञापन (मेमोरैंडम ऑफ असोसिएशन) या ‘आर्टिकल्स ऑफ़ इन्कॉर्पोरेशन’ प्राथमिक दस्तावेज़ होता है और यह प्रायः बाहरी दुनिया के साथ कंपनी की गतिविधियों का नियमन करता है यह कंपनी द्वारा पालन किए जाने वाले उद्देश्य (अर्थात “यह कंपनी ऑटोमोबाइल का निर्माण करती है”) को बताता है तथा कंपनी की अधिकृत शेयर पूंजी का उल्लेख करता है।
