इस सिलसिले को मानने वालों को बारह इमामी या इस्नाअशरी शिया कहा जाता है।

17 रबीउल अव्वल—शिया समूह 'इस्ना अशरी' इस दिन ईद ए मीलाद मनाते हैं।

सुन्नियों के फिरके -हनफी ,शाफई,मलिकी ,हम्बली ,सूफी ,वहाबी ,देवबंदी ,बरेलवी ,सलफी,अहले हदीस .आदि -शियाओं के फिरके -इशना अशरी ,जाफरी ,जैदी ,इस्माइली ,बोहरा ,दाऊदी ,खोजा ,द्रुज, मुगलिद,गैर मुग्लिद, आदि।

अत: ‘अशरीरी’ के प्रथम अक्षर ‘अ’ को अरिहन्त’ के ‘अ’ से मिलाने पर अ+अ‘आ’ बन जाता है।

इन दो पूरी तरह से प्रकाशित स्वामियों का काम-एक सशरीर और एक अशरीरी-देशों को आत्मघाती युद्ध, जातीय घृणा, धार्मिक सांप्रदायिकता और भौतिकवाद से उपजी बुराइयों को त्यागने के लिए प्रेरित करना है।

यहाँ उसे कई विशेंषणों द्वारा इंगित किया गया है — कि वह सर्वव्यापी, अशरीरी, सर्वज्ञ, स्वजन्मा और मन का शासक है।

द्वितीय परमेष्ठी ‘सिद्ध’ है, जो शरीर रहित होने से ‘अशरीरी’ कहलाते हैं।

इन्हीं में एक अशरी चलन है जिसके संचालक अलअशरी (872-934 ई.) हैं, जिनकी विचारधारा धीरे-धीरे सब इस्लामी देशों में शास्त्रवत्‌ समझी गई।

इस दृष्टिकोण को गलत साबित करते हुए अल-अशरी ने यह मत प्रस्तुत किया कि ईश्वर किसी सीमा में नहीं बँधा है।

हालाँकि बरेलवी इस्लामी धर्मशास्त्र के किसी भी अशरीरी और मातुरिदी स्कूल में से एक का अनुसरण कर सकते हैं और क़ानिरी, चिश्ती या सुन्नी जैसे सुन्नी सूफ़ी आदेशों में से किसी एक को चुनने के अलावा फ़िक़्हा के हनफ़ी, मालिकी, शाफ़ई और हनबली में से एक को भी चुन सकते हैं।

जैसा डी0 बी0 मैक्डोनल कहते हैं, 'अल-अशरी की महान्‌ मौलिक बुद्धि ने तत्वशास्त्रीय धर्मविज्ञान की एक शक्तिशाली प्रणाली की नींव डाली तथा 'पांडित्यवादी कलाम' की वैज्ञानिक बुनियाद के लिए आधारशिला रखी।

The battle that followed resulted in the deaths of 57 members of Jashari's family, including that of Jashari, his wife, brother and son.

Seen as the "father of the KLA", Jashari is considered a symbol of Kosovar independence by ethnic Albanians.

The National Theatre in Pristina, Pristina International Airport and the Olympic Stadium Adem Jashari have been named after him.

Adem Shaban Jashari was born in the village of Prekaz, in the Drenica region of the Socialist Autonomous Province of Kosovo, on 28 November 1955 as Fazli Jashari.
