शून्यवादिता का भ्रम : एक ऐसा भ्रम जिसका केंद्र-बिंदु है स्वयं को पूरी तरह या हिस्सों में, या औरों को, या दुनिया को अस्तित्त्वहीन पाना. इस प्रकार के भ्रम से भ्रमित व्यक्ति को अयथार्थ विश्वास हो सकता है कि दुनिया का अंत हो रहा है।
